Stefani turned up on time and was very professional throughout. She did a very detailed, delicate job very well, not hurrying or cutting any corners. When I pointed out a detail that I thought needed work, she agreed and fixed it. She really knows her job, she knows glass, and she is a very friendly, informative person. She cleaned the glass and her working area after she was done, leaving everything in good shape. I was impressed with her and would recommend her to anyone.

Stefani travelled quite a ways to fix our windows, and did a great job. Quality of work is excellent.

After trying to find a person to fix our door, which we loved, I came across Stephani's website. She came out and gave an estimate. Had to find a person out of state to make and match the glass. She came and kept in touch through the entire process. Door looks great!

There are only a handful of people who even do stained glass repair in the metro area, so I was concerned about finding someone competent to repair a hail-damaged stained glass window original to my 1920's era home. I soon found out that none of the people I called did on-site repair and that they all refer those requests to Stefani Nachatilo at Glass Healer. Since removing the window and transporting it to be repaired elsewhere was really not an option for me, I figured I was going to have to settle for the one person who would do it on site. As a big believer in comparison shopping and competition, I was a little worried. Well, sometimes you get lucky. Not only was Stefani able to repair the window on site, she was no more expensive than the other quotes I'd gotten for off-site repairs (even less than a couple.) She was able to do the work almost immediately, she finished in one day (with a follow-up the next day to be sure everything had and ldquo;setand rdquo; right) and she cleaned up after herself spotlessly. I was so impressed, I commissioned her to do a new piece for my kitchen, after viewing photos of some original pieces she'd done for other clients. Meticulous attention to detail on both jobs and the creativity of the new piece were truly artisan quality, with none of the delays or difficulty of diva-osity.
