There were two installation technicians.  They called first and were prompt in their arrival time.  They gave me advice regarding the operation of the television and made sure I understood all of the functions.  The Geek Squad team were courteous, friendly and efficient.  Although I usually try to do this kind of stuff myself, I would definitely use them again.
