Jeff Gablesberg got my call on an early, snowy, super-cold Saturday morning. My garage door opener went kaput. He was here by1030a, looked it over, told me I had plenty of life left in my opener, but it had a stripped gear which could be replaced. Then he looked at the doors and noticed the rollers were old and putting additional stress on the motor. He replaced the gear and rollers, and then out of courtesy checked the other door which was working on developing the same problem, so he replaced that one, too! Very professional, explained everything, tested everything before he left and explained the labor and parts warranties. Would use again and recommend to everyone!
