First of all when you enter their establishment you are not hawked or stalked by a salesman. We shopped quite awhile until we found what we were looking for. When we were ready to talk to a salesperson I flagged the first one I saw and that was a young man names Eddie Cervaints. A very pleasant young man and he answered all our questions pertaining to the sofa/loveseat we were looking at. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and we purchased the above items. Eddie stayed with us through the whole process, including check out and payment. This is the first time I have purchased furniture from Galleria but I will return. Over the last 20 years I have always used Mathis Bros to purchase my large furniture items. I am not saying they are bad and not saying I will not use them again but my experience at Galleria was more pleasant and laid back than what I experience at Mathis. Again I did not have anybody stalking me throughout the process

They did not call me about the delivery, I had to call them. I purchased the bed at the end of May. When I called them in June, I was told the bed was not in. When I asked for my money back, the bed happened to be in. I was put on the schedule to have it delivered then. I give them a C overall. I was going to purchase more furniture from them, but have since changed my mind. Their prices were OK. They said they did deliver the bed within the given time of day.
