I ordered a massage chair that was delivered covered in dirt and had more damage than was told to me at time of sale. The delivery guys were great and apologized and took pictures to send to the office. I contacted my sales rep and after over a week got in contact with a manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He tired and blame me for the situation. Never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life. After getting no were I requested they come get the chair and issue a refund. Even that process was a nightmare. They seem to not care about their customers at all.

Previously I reviewed this company based on the sale and late installation of the swimspa I bought in June that was suppose to be delivered and installed the end of July. Today, 8/27/13, the swimspa was delivered and installed. Josh explained how the swimspa worked and how to maintain and put the chemicals in it. Anup called after delivery to make sure everything went well. Josh called later to see if I had any concerns. Although I was extremely aggravated at the late delivery, I am very pleased with the installation of the swimspa. Anup also gave me credit on the crane.
