FRENCH TULIP

The first time we met with Mike I was sold on using French Tulip! He was extremely attentive and easy to work with. He understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen. We kept in contact throughout my engagement and everything went smoothly. On the day of they arrived exactly when they said they would and started to tear down on time, too. Not to mention that he is a true artist at his craft - our arrangements were gorgeous and exactly what I had pictured! I can't recommend them enough; they truly made my wedding beautiful!

i rented equipment from the french tulip for my wedding. i rented mostly chairs and linens. pricing was okay and the equipment appeared good quality. after the wedding, they charged me a small fee for candle wax cleanup on the tablecloths which i thought was fair. however, they also charged me for them to wipe clean each outdoor chair due to some water spots. that seemed a little much to me, but again i was okay with it. just be prepared for additional fees upon returning the items. i didn't have any issues with the staff until the end. i got married during a holiday weekend and they scheduled me to return the items on the following monday. i specifically asked the gentleman if he was sure since it was labor day. he said yes and so i planned on returning them monday. when i showed up, there wasn't anyone there and the store was closed. i had waited for awhile and tried to call them, but it was futile since the only number i had was their shop number. luckily, they pulled into the parking lot just as i was about to leave. they were surprised i was there. i told them they scheduled me for that day and they said no that was not correct. rather than apologizing for the mistake, they made me feel like it was my fault and not theirs even after i specifically asked them.
