Drivers Education
At the first classroom session they tell the kids that they will pick them up for their drives except for the test drive. 6 months later we schedule the test drive and they did not remind us at the time of setting the appiontment that it is different. Therefore charging an additional $50.00 for a missed drive. Then when rescheduling that drive they forgot to put her on the list. She took off work in order to that drive, so they scheduled her another day. Then when she did not pass the test they scheduled her for 9:30. We arrived on time and they were not there. After calling they stated that they changed the appiontment to 10:30 and then showed up at 10:50. They claimed they called but they did not. They have no value for our time. When discussing the misunderstandings with the owner he became rude and loud. I understand that we missed the test drive, yet I feel that they do not remind us of the change so they can charge an additional $50.00. I do agree that we did missed it and are responsible for the penalty, that we paid. I don't agree on how they conduct their business.
