Kim's the easiest person in the whole wide world to work with. She'll come in the evening if you need, and she does the installs herself. She's good at it too. Two days after one set of blinds were installed, the mechanism in the head rail malfunctioned. She came out to fix it, but she couldn't, so she called the manufacturer and demanded a whole new blind, and that's what I got. The problem was resolved within 7 days. She does a lot of business with Graber, which is a very nice product. I found her at the Home & Garden Show and absolutely recommend her.
The blinds aren't puppy-proof, though; my dog chewed up a wooden blind, but Kim ordered me a new one at a discount.
