It went extremely well. We got a very good price for a top quality made-in-Oklahoma impact resistant roof, and we got excellent customer service throughout.
During the initial discussion, my husband asked a lot of questions and he was very pleased with how knowledgeable and experienced their representative, Keith, was. I researched the company online but couldn't find much about them -- they don't do web advertising. We asked for and received references, which I called, and they were excellent. Roof made it through hail with no problem.
When we signed the contract, Keith said that they didn't expect payment until the job was completely finished, which seemed like a good policy, and worked out fine.
We were impressed that Keith made a point of being there when the insurance appraiser came so that they could discuss everything, agree on the best solution for our home, and speed up paperwork. After their inspection, the Allstate man turned to me and said "You're in very good hands with this guy here," pointing to Keith. (I guess that's kind of an Allstate joke.) Because of this, the Allstate man cut us a check right there and then.
Within a few days Flynn Roofing had dropped off our chosen materials, and the next day they arrived in the morning and essentially finished that night. Very hard workers. The gutter subcontracter came a couple of days later and did a fine job as well.
I really appreciate that Flynn's representative was responsible every step of the way, he was here at the site enough so I knew he was keeping an eye on things, and he was available for questions at all times.
Everyone on our block had to replace their roof, but our neighbors were amazed that we had our new roof up long before anyone else even got the materials delivered.
