Flooring America

The sales person was friendly when I purchased the product. We tentatively scheduled an install date that was then pushed back to two weeks later. The tile installers arrived on time but when they went to install the tile, had the wrong tile. The once friendly sales person basically said I was not aware of what I ordered. Finally got the tile installed the next day. They were to return the following day to grout. I was informed that the carpet installers would come later that day, around noon, to install the carpet in order to give the grout some time to dry. The carpet installers showed up at 8am, prior to the tile installers. Despite all the confusion, I was relatively happy with the tile install but the carpet installers did not install the carpet the way I was told they were. But these guys were contractors so go figure. My biggest complaint is there are 3 very visible seams in a hall way with a bedroom at either end. This was 20 year warrantied carpet that I paid a fair amount for only about 500 sq ft of carpet. 

They are very good. The guy who did the work was very good and neat. They took away the carpeting and put down the floor. I was very satisfied and I would use them again.

I had a twenty year warranty. I had to have the flooring replaced because of discoloration. The crew that they brought in to replace it was not very competent. They didn't do a very good job and left air bubbles. I had to get in touch with them again and it was such a hassle. It has since been fixed and is satisfactory.

I thought that Flooring America did an excellent job putting in my carpet for me. The project manager was very helpful to me. I would recommend them.

Flooring America offers very bad customer service. They messed up on the flooring project and never came back out to fix it. I definitely do not recommend them.
