It went good. I had my living room carpeted and i wasn't happy with the installer but then i had two bed rooms done and i had it done through them and the installer was good. Their pricing was reasonable, it was less than other places i had looked.

The installation wasn't exactly they said it was going to be. The installation was satisfactory and the flooring is not as good as I think it should be. I would be cautious about the installation services. I had a good price.

Floor Trader Oklahoma City is NOT recommended. When purchasing our hardwood flooring, we were told repeatedly that we could return any excess unopened material. With this assurance, we purchased some trim and transition pieces. We wanted to see the floor in place before determining how we would trim the edges and the transitions. It was important to have these pieces available when the contractor was working. After we finished the floor (it’s beautiful by the way), Floor Trader informed us that they do not allow returns of trim or transitions. This was astonishing. The same salesman who told us during our purchase that we could return excess material, was now saying “except for trim pieces”. The receipt for the material gave no indication that these trim pieces could not be returned or that they were any kind of special order. The salesman gave me the name and number of someone we could contact to discuss this policy. We have made several attempts and left messages to make contact with him. There has been no response from the company. Please note that Lowe’s and Home Depot do allow return of hardwood trim and transitions. We should have gone there.
In summary, Floor Trader policies are deceptive and its management has made no effort to contact unsatisfied customers.

Everything went well. They had the best pricing, and it was very easy dealing with them. With other companies, I felt like I was being sold a new car.

The price was reasonable and it was $1000 less than what another company was quoting. They did make it clear that they wanted the money upfront or at least half of it before the tile was picked up. So, I had to pay for it. I had offered to pay half of it when I ordered it. Then they wanted the other half before the tile was laid. Apparently, that's standard, but I figured that I would pay after the work was done. Other than that, the product was fine. There wasn't anything outstanding, but it was a better deal. They didn't do the installation, but they had a contractor who did it.

We went to Floor Trader because of their prices. We saw them in an advertisement and saw what they had to offer. The people that rent the property have had no complaints. We did have some problems with the installing of it though.

First off their installer showed up a week late. I had to call them after waiting several hours twice to see if they were going to show up. Caused lost time at work each time. The final day they were coming to install their carpet gluer malfunctioned and they were at my house until 1 am that night trying to finish up the work. The carpet smelled burnt for a month after it was installed. When I spoke to my sales guy about this experience he basically said "all sales are final" and did nothing to resolve this. I would never use these people again. If you have to pay more to go elsewhere do it.

We found the flooring on clearance but they did a good job getting us the amount that we needed and all of the extra supplies.

Floors Now did a good job. They were very informative and helped me choose a carpet. The installers did a great job, too. I would hire them again if the chance came along.

I am pleased with the work Floors Now did for me. They were professional and fast. They do quality work and have quality material. They did not make a mess and got the job done in a hurry. This company is coming back to install more carpeting for me.
