During initial meeting it was stated that the entire job would take two, maybe three days maximum.
Day 1 - Two workers showed up at 11am. Two more workers showed up around 3-4pm and everyone stayed till 9 pm. A lot of dust/cleanup was left for me to do before I could go to bed.
Day 2- no one came at all, I cannot recall what the reason was.
Day 3 - The project manager arrived with one worker. Since I had mentioned excessive damage to the baseboards in the master closet, he had brought a can of white paint and painted over the damaged areas. While I agreed it looked better, the gouges were still there and apparent. They stated moisture had gotten into my closet from the bathroom and that my baseboards had "fallen apart" when they had tried to remove them to install flooring. I have never had any water in there at any time while I have lived here. Also, worker could not finish up trim work as he did not have the equipment he needed to make the cuts he needed as it was at a different jobsite.
Day 4 - 4 workers showed up at approximately 6pm to finish. They were here approximately 1.5 hours. The two damaged baseboards in my closet were covered with leftover strips of quarter round from my living room (which I had agreed to).
When workers were here they worked hard and did a good job. I think they should have showed up earlier to work than they did. I feel I spent a lot of time waiting for people to show up. They cited difficulties with various projects due to recent storms in this area which had damaged one of their warehouses. Prehaps I did not fully understand the whole process but I feel that my time was not respected. I also got the impression they were spread too thin between job sites. The time management of this project was horrible.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I received a consultation visit from the owner, Adam Alexander. He was very personably and professional. They have done several jobs for us now. I would absolutely recommend this company for personal or commercial work.
