I liked it. I just liked the freedom that it gave me. It was really a true convenience and it was open twenty four hours. I dropped my membership about nine months ago. The price was a little bit high for me.

It's open 24 hours and so I can go in anytime I need to. I can work it around my work schedule without having to schedule when they're open. They have a lot of rooms to move around in. Their membership fee is extremely reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future and I'd sign a new membership.

It is a ladies-only fitness center, and they have equipment that is made for women. They have individual TV's you can plug in. They have a kid's room, which is not monitored so that is the only downside to all of it. I think it would be nice if it were monitored. I love everything that they do. I love the classes and all of the instructors. The ladies who run it are really sweet and they know me by name. If I have any questions or concerns they talk to me about it. They have updated a lot of things lately. It is really clean, and the bathroom is very girly. We are all the same kind of girls with the same kind of goals. I have friends there and we all get along. It is a real community type feeling. It is open 24 hours a day, and you have your own swipe key to get in, which is really nice for people who don't have time to workout during the day. The overall experience is good. The price is a little higher than most of the gyms. I don't think it is a competitive rate, and that is the only negative. I would like it if they had some new equipment as far as the machine. They emphasize doing what you can, and don't try to push things you are not comfortable with.
