Overall, I'll never do business with First Step Restoration again. Most contractors can do what they do. I am hoping that most contractors are better at communicating. These guys do not return calls or keep up with their responsibilities. I don't trust a word coming out of their project manager's mouth. I'm tempted to call him out but that's tacky. If J or MT read this, I'd really appreciate that you call me and you can quickly fix two things and we're done. I've already done all the cleaning. Don't worry about that. Again, they won't call me back to do the walk through. This isn't a case of me being a jerk, since I'd have to get them on the phone first. This set of projects began three months before I wrote this review. Still not done!
