First Glass Window Cleaning

Services were provided on time and exactly as described during the estimate.  He was polite and professional and definitely presented well.  We had 6 glass doors and sixteen windows to be washed.  All windows were cleaned and areas around the windows were wiped down as well.  The price for this work was more than acceptable ($170.00 for the entire job).  We were preparing to put our home on the market and clean windows was an important part of that process for us.  He did a fabulous job and we would recommend him to others with absolutely no reservations.

He did a perfectly lovely job.  He was very thorough and very particular.  He scrapped and got every bit of the mineral stain made by the sprinklers off.  I needed a screen replaced and he took care of that.  He was very reasonably priced.  I have had him before and he didn’t charge me a penny more than anybody else.  He was very nice, polite and mannerly.  He stuck to the business and got the job done.  My house is about 4000 square feet with a lot of windows.

Will definitely use him again and again. Excellent work, I've used many before him. Personable, professional and does the best job I have ever had over my 30 years of paying for this type of service. I do not want to share him with any one else, LOL. Not a streak either in or outside, 31 windows and doors. Screens look like new. As if the glass wasn't there.

.I could of  never done what he did. He really took his time. Everyone was very consistent with the reviews about him. He is very consistent in his work. He did a superb job. He was everything that everyone said in the reviews. He worked on my windows from 9am to 3pm and he was just great. It would have taken me a couple of days to do what he did. He had the most reviews on Angies List. He is very professional and his appearance was nice. Written estimate was the exact same amount that he charged me. Which is a rarity.

Very down to earth guy, and I was confident with him right away due to his punctuality and professionalism.  The outcome of windows was superb and it was a big job!

Great experience - quick to visit for estimate, prompt appointment for cleaning, great price for quality of work. Neat and thorough work by hand -- not just a quick and messy pass with a power washer.  All the windows are now clean and streak-free, even the previously grease-spattered ones near our outdoor cooking area. Guy worked solo, so it did take a good chunk of the day to get around the whole house, but I would definitely use this company again.  Business card does say insured (in contrast to company info posted here).

This is one time I got more than I paid for.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

He did an excellent job!

They arrived on time.  The quality was average.  They had a crew of 2 or 3.  My biggest issue was the cost seemed very high for the work that was completed.

Mr. Pontius returned my call very quickly and came to do an estimate the next day.  His price was fair - fell right between 2 other window cleaners I had used in previous years.  We have lots of very large windows, some very high and hard to reach, so it is a challenging job since they were very dirty on the outside.  He arrived on "wash day" right at 8am - our agreed-on time.  He worked alone and finished the entire job by around 4pm - a very reasonable amount of time, especially when compared to the 2 previous companies who both used a 2 person team and still took all day (neither company was from Angie's list ).   Before he cleaned the fan blades, he moved some of the furniture out of the room and covered the floor with a large plastic sheet. He did an excellent and thorough job on everything - didn't make or leave a mess.  We felt like the sun was much brighter after he cleaned (it was!)  He was personable and professional and demonstrated high standards and work ethic.  I will definitely use his services again.

It was an excellent experience from the time of the estimate to completion of the project. The gentleman was punctual and professional. We discussed the project at the first meeting and he gave me a fair estimate at that time. When it was time to do the work, he came when he said he was going to, worked consistently for several days and did an excellant job.

I called and asked for a quote - he came that day on time and gave me a reasonable price quote. We scheduled the work for two days later. He started on time and worked until the job was done. Excellent work cleaning windows, frames, and screens.

He is great and came recommend by our blinds cleaner. Our windows were very dirty and cleaned them well. We have lots of windows, so it was nice. His prices were reasonable, too.
