In 2008, we bought a house that had Falco alarm stickers on doors, but no alarm in house. They came out and installed system. They are a small company and answer immediately when called. Monitoring fee is the most competitive I've found, I'm paying half what I paid ADT at the old house.

The company started out good on the prewire. After the house was done, they had lost my blueprint. Their wiring person had left, and they forgot where many of the wires were. They wired up the CO2 detectors at the wrong height, forgot to put in 4 heat detectors, and put the wrong type of detectors in the bedrooms that did not meet code. After I paid them in full, they continued to bill me for a miscalculation they said they made for several months. I would never use them again.
