It went great! The old sand filter was moved off the filter, new one installed, pump and assembly replaced.

We contacted Extreme Pools based on Angie's List.  We needed our pool opened and then in the future would need someone to maintain our pool when we were out of town.  The pool opening was as scheduled and there was an issue with a motor and a service person was contacted for that repair and all went great.  During May we needed Extreme Pool to service our pool while we were out of town.  When we came home, the pool was immaculate and well serviced.  We will continue to use Extreme Pools.

Susan came out and looked at our pool to figure out what our needs were. We had just moved in and weren't real sure what needed to be done. Our pump and filter broke, and we decided to look at the option of saltwater. Susan helped us go through the pros and cons. We ultimately decided on a saltwater system. Before she could finish installing the system, she told us we needed to have some electric work done to make everything work properly back there (which was not unexpected). She has a guy she typically uses for this, but I felt his estimate was far too high so I found someone else who did great work at half the price. 
After the electrical work, there was still something wrong but we couldn't figure out. After doing research, Susan figured out there was a very small piece on the salt water system that was missing. So, she called the company and had them overnight it to her so she could get it up and running. 
It took a little longer than I originally thought it would, but I can't complain. Susan went above and beyond in returning my million phone calls, texts and emails - never owning a pool before, I had many, many questions. She was a breeze to work with, and has texted/emailed me a few times to check in and make sure everything is still up and running.
Her number's programmed in my phone for good reason... I will definitely use her again!
