We are a contractor owned company serving the Greater Oklahoma City area for the past 30 years. We do not employee sub-contractors. We offer yearly maintenance agreements for both plumbing and heating and air conditioning systems.

I keep using him, because he is local. I have has my rental houses for about 30 years and I have been using him for 12 years. He will never hesitate to try anything new. I have older homes and he doesn’t mind trying to fix whatever is broken. I wished I could give him an A+.

Ever-Ready Plumbing Heat and Air is a small family owned business. The crew which owner, Tim Doty, has gathered are each a gem and a treasure. They have rezoned heat and air units during the remodel phase of my home, they have installed instant hot water tanks, secured and serviced all three of my heat and air units, and moved drainage lines to accommodate renovations. There is no plumbing or heat and air job they can not do both in a timely and efficient manner. The only company that I would trust to provide honest and reliable service for all your heat, air, and plumbing needs.

The HVAC system at my rental property stopped heating. The gas "smart" valve went out on my furnace and needed to be replaced. I am very pleased with their professionalism, quality of work, and price. I called many other companies before choosing one to repair my furnace. If you're reading this review, don't bother calling anyone else. Just call Every-Ready and you won't be disappointed. I'll definitely be using them for future jobs.

Said I needed to pay him $75.00 then he said it would be over $300.00 to install two faucets. which I didn't have. I told Systems Protect the faucets were leaking but now they says That's not covered. Ever Ready has done this before on a leaking Hot Water tank. I bought the water tank at Home Depot and had someone else install it. At that time Systems Protect reimbursed me for the tank only not for installing. They say they cover all plumbing but now say not faucets. they could have told me when I called it in. I have told them not to ever send Ever Ready out to me again but I'm out $75.00 and will have to wait another month before I get someone else since I'm on SS only. And keep the buckets under the sinks to catch the leaking water. I pay SystemsProtect $32.00 a mo. for their home insur and have for about 5 yrs.

"We received your claim from your warranty company as two water leaks. When we came to your home, we discovered that both your single lever chrome kitchen sink faucet with spray and master bath lavatory 4" chrome faucet were non repairable and needed to be replaced. We called your home warranty company to get authorization to replace the faucets; however, they said that you don't have faucet coverage on your policy. We collected your $75.00 deductible per your policy for the time it took to troubleshoot both faucets. We gave you an estimate to replace the faucets; however, you said that you couldn't afford it at this time. In regards to your water heater, we diagnosed your water heater in 2011 as needing replacement. We called your warranty company for authorization. You had several non-covered items that needed to be done according to state and city codes. We purchase a permit and have an inspection done by the city inspector after completion of the installation. You chose to cash out with the warranty company and have the work done by someone else. We have no involvement whatsoever in what your warranty company offers you for a cash out. According to city records, neither a permit was purchased nor an inspection done for your water heater replacement. Your warranty company offers several different policies to their customers. We have no knowledge as to what policy their customers purchase. We are simple assigned the work order with a description of the claim. We are very sorry that your policy didn't cover your problems. We've had many plumbers come to visit. Most recently one of the other plumbing companies (sent by the Warranty Company) sent a crew who said there wasn't any problem and actually did next to nothing. Very disappointed and beginning not to trust Plumbers in Oklahoma City. :( I had frequently complained about tiny flys and terrible odors coming from the kitchen area and even outside the house. Seemed most of these other Plumbers didn't want to crawl under the house. So, then the Warranty Company had Ever-Ready come out. Randall presented as a polite, efficient, and good-natured gentleman. He crawled under the house and found that an unused sewer pipe had about a 4 foot long crack and had been leaking sewer gas, with sewer flys entering the house. Ugh. Randall took his electric saw under there and cut the heavy and pretty nasty pipe away from the house and capped it without complaint but with effort of course. We expect better air quality now! Thank you, Randall, for doing such a great job.

We own several rental units. The A/C repair company we usually use was not available, so we tried Ever-Ready. They were excellent. Phone staff was professional and helpful. The repair person was able to get out that very day to do the repairs --- our tenants were very happy. So were we! We have already used Ever-Ready again at another rental, and plan to use them in the future anytime we need furnace or air conditioning repairs.

This is the second or third time our homeowner's warranty has sent out Ever Ready for warranty work. Their technicians are always prompt, courteous, and never leave a mess. This was no exception. Our kitchen faucet broke the night before and we had no water in the kitchen as a result. They were the only contractor that had same-day service available. I had forgotten to clean out the stuff under the kitchen sink, but the technician said it wasn't a problem. He replaced the faucet, then set everything back under the sink. Great job!
Note: The cost of service was our copay through Old Republic. I do not know the actual cost for the service call.

The people at Eveready have done many jobs for us over the years but this was the most difficult. They had to replace a heater a/c unit in a upstairs, very tight, attic space. They did a great job. Kept us informed and aware of any problems they encountered along the way. Overall a pleasant experience in an uncomfortable situation.

Excellent. I called and left my number at 9:30 p.m. Thurs night, the next morning they called and were able to get their technician out that day. They showed up when they said they would. The repairman, John, was very courteous and efficient. I would use this company again...very professional.
