They do excellent work. Faster than expected, and they detailed the car after they were done with the body work. Jerry was very helpful, and professional.

We take all of our cars here for any kind of dent or accident repair. Their work is high quality. They make the repairs that are necessary. Their price may be a little higher, but their service is worth the price.

The experience from start to finish has been awful. Merritt the in house handling adjuster takes no pride in the work the shop produces as the first time I was given my car back their was still spray paint all over the place and paint on the inside as well. Merritt was already gone when I looked over the car the first time, the other adjuster in house was VERY apologetic and stated normally they would never give a car back looking like this. When I spoke with Merritt the following Monday he stated the detail shop should have taken care of all of this but when he went back to find out why it hadn't been the shop had burned down. From this point I got the car back 1 and frac12; weeks later and was advised the spray paint still on the car would come off in time and this was the best they could do with out replacing other parts. By this time I had been with out my car for almost a month was over dealing with this shop. Once I got home I notice their was still paint with in the inside of the vehicle and that these parts would need to be replaced. I call back and was told they would see if the insurance company would pay for it. This one part was replaced, however after taking the car to three different detail shops I was advised the spray paint would not come off in time and that I should have never been told it would. After speaking with these detail shops I was also advised their was still paint on the roof with in the door panels and other areas. When I called Merritt today, April 16th to advise him of what I was told, he stated and ldquo;We don't every really deal with spray paint, so you will need to call your insurance back since your not happy with our workand rdquo;. I was appalled at this point, I would in Insurance and deal with different situations everyday and would NEVER give the excuse that I don't deal with this often and that's why the quality of our work is poor. I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE to have work done at this shop as long as they are dealing with Merritt.

I would say that Eskridge Body Shop was quick. I thought that they were courteous to me. I would recommend them to others.
