I had to leave this review after trying to work with Elliott roofing on the subpar experience. On the phone multiple times this week and last week with a sweetheart of Hannah and Amy. Unfortunately we LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LE$$ON. Key points in this review •Appointment moved back a day because Elliott roofing had to move it. (24 hrs notice) •Crew late - appointment was for morning - showed up at 5 mins til 5pm. I called to confirm they were coming every hour after 12 noon. •Nails left in yard (My two toddlers in my backyard daily) •Shingles mismatched -Very noticable (see pictures) So at the end of the day did our roof get repaired.... Yes. Did it fix the leak...still to be determined as it hasn't rained. If it needs repaired again I will update this review. Sadly we used Elliott roofing after I trusted the words that the guy who inspected it (Hollis) and sold me on his company. I was sure we would get great service and a great job done. He explained that the shingles would be very close to where we wouldn't notice a difference in the shingles. However when the crew showed up and they argued about the shingles being the wrong color.... I don't speak great Spanish but I did catch that. -1 Star⭐ The nervous me started calling on the hour after noon struck and I hadn't heard or seen anything of a crew being late or even coming at all. Poor communication in my perspective. -1 Star ⭐ Anyone reading this have small children? Imagine them going to play in the backyard only to discover a plethora of nails the crew left behind scattered around the patio/grass. Makes you feel good and safe huh? -1 Star ⭐ So I call and talk to a very understanding Amy (not sure of spelling my apologies) she says the invoice that went out might be able to be adjusted after I had called her shortly after the crew left. She was to get back with me the next day.... That took a few days for her to get me the unfortunate news that the invoice is what it is. Yeppers you read THAT correct. Nothing can be done about my experience. Hopefully now that you have read my review you can make a decision to go with a different company as I should have and will continue to do business with after my expensive LE$$ON. -1 star⭐ If you have any questions - please don't hesitate to reach out! Worst roofing experience ever! No customer service, no company rep will come and inspect work when there are issues poor workmanship. Cleanup is a joke, supposed to use tarps, plywood snd magnet, when I complained about the debris, they sent a guy with a rake-I am still picking up their debris! Owner/manager passes the buck, instead of addressing issues, they assign a new contact! Almost three months snd job still not complete. And who puts a piece of brown roofing material on a charcoal roof? Guess they hoped I wouldn’t notice! Find a different roofer!

Elliott Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof which was damaged by a recent hail storm. They replaced our roof in April 2013 and now in August 2020. Both jobs were performed well. Chris Marllott & Matt Case worked with me on getting the best product for my USAA home insurance coverage by upgrading our roof with Owens Corning "STORM" Class 4 Resistant Lifetime shingles. I will hire them in the future if required & I highly recommend their roofing services!

Work was performed on time and was meticulously done. Finished work was inspected and approved. Work on the new skylights took longer as they had to be ordered. Elliott Roofing worked with my insurance company to make sure that we were adequately covered. I paid extra for the hail and wind resistant shingles.

We've used Elliott Roofing for several years now - the previous work was done when we remodeled the exterior of our home and discovered wood rot in a dormer roof and the corner of the roof over the main house and that the original flashing was substandard. It all had to be replaced, rebuilt, and re-roofed.

Did a great job

The job was done in a very timely and professional manner. I had some minor requests after job was completed; these were attended to promptly. Notably, the roofer (James Robideaux) provided a written statement stating that the problem was caused by a faulty job done by a different roofer ~4 years before. This led to some reimbursement by the previous roofing company.
Of note, as well, is the conduct of the company agent, Alexi Ojeda. He provided the job estimate and addressed my requests noted above promptly and in a pleasant manner.

Great. Elliot was amazing. So was Chris who worked for Elliot. Very patient and understanding. The work got done timely and correctly. Thanks for making this daunting task so easy for us.

I really like them. They are always totally honest and tell me yes or no. They said I didn't have enough that I would need to risk a leaking roof or anything. They are very prompt and send somebody right out. I feel like they are very honest. They told us we had an excellent roof. Another roof in the neighborhood is being repaired and they could have easily told us something else. They did repair some ridge row and some valleys. They are very friendly from the girl that answers their phone to the estimator that they send out to the crews that they send out. They are all very helpful and very nice.

I have had a good experience with them. It was a timely service and they were thorough. They cleaned up their work. Their price was very reasonable.

They were just perfect. I had a small leak that nobody else could find and now it's fixed. I'd be happy to use them again.

I called them, told them I was ready to do the job. They had already been out to do an estimate. A few days later, the crew came out with the roofing material and put it on. They started and finished in one day, and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after they finished, and it was probably cleaner after they left than before they came. I would highly recommend them. This is the second roofing job they have done for me.

We used Alexi at Elliott Roofing two years in a row. They provided us with a competitive price the first time around and had the best service. We did not compare prices the second year. He was fast to give an estimate and schedule service. The paperwork provided was also easy to understand a d provide to insurance. They did a good job. We would highly recommend them.

I had the following completed: cleaned all exterior trim; replaced large fascia pieces that required replacement due to carpenter bees; two garage door frames that required repair due to dry rot; removal of a gutter, replacement of fascia board, and reinstallation of gutter; replaced damaged fascia board and resealed flashing; treated window lintels and sealed windows; painted all exterior trim; and installed solar attic fan. David Bodin's professionalism and craftsmanship ensured quality repairs and maintenance was completed on my home both enhancing the appearance of my home and preventing future damage.
