Elite Ventures gave an estimate,then asked for daily pay-which we paid in cash.They rarely showed up to work on time,when they Said they would be "back". they looked for additional problems each time they came-claimed they needed more Materials-and Each time they left to buy Materials,they did not return until the next day. the bedroom door was cheap,strange looking,and it was not fitting properly-and the deadbolt sticks out an inch,so the door Does not close well,and we never got the keys. the countertop in the kitchen does not fit together at the corner joint-and the gap is Ridiculous looking.The countertop is loose (you can lift it with your hands),they sprung the new dishwasher sliding it back in Place,and the lower cabinets are free-floating and not attached to anything.The sink is installed Above the counter and does not Fit,and you can't seal it with caulking.The floor jacks,in the underside of the kitchen sink area Popped like a crack of lightening Yesterday and the metal racks and kitchen floor shook-scared us to pieces.Our kitchen plumbing is not usable at this time,as they took apart the plumbing,replaced pipes,and now we have a leak...and the poor dishwasher is not hooked up.The contractor, Brian Jay Drury- has Avoided any of our attempts to contact him Since Oct.7 th.We know that he will never return- As he has his Money.Every time he has come over for more money he has Left some Tools-so we would think that he was coming Back...Now There was a RED FLAG....Everyone out there Take Notice!
