Description of Work: Putting in wood floors can be costly, time consuming and dirty. It takes time out of your lives and living space. Mike made this process so easy. He came in and removed carpet in three large rooms and prepped them for new hardwood. He was able to do all of it in less time than originally planned and worked around other pre-existing jobs he already had scheduled. He understood it was important everything was back to order before our Christmas celebrations and he earned our trust so quickly. Mike kept us informed of everything. He was there when he said he would be, worked his heart out -- during power outages and took on another tiling job (we decided to do - at the last minute) of removing the current black marble on the front of our fireplace and tiling it with new stone. He made great suggestions on our fireplace and made the best out of a terrible situation when the stone was delivered broken and he had to piece each individual piece back together. His work and personality are wonderful.
