March 21, 2012 - I placed an order for 600 square feet of sod on March 17th and was told that my delivery date would be Wednesday, March 21st. I have been waiting all day for my sod to be delivered so by 2:00pm I finally called to ask for an estimated delivery time. Come to find out my entire day of waiting at home for delivery of the sod was a waste because they FORGOT TO CALL ME to say that the rain has prevented them from cutting the sod. No apologies. No further explanation or information. Since I am not a sod expert, I asked if they could tell me about how long it takes for sod to dry out enough for cutting. Nope, they couldn't predict that. There is still a chance for rain in the next few days. No more information seemed to be forthcoming from this guy so I asked for them to please just call me when they know it will be delivered because I am rearranging my schedule to be home from work and trying to let my yard guy know when I need him.
April 10, 2012 - Last Saturday, April 7th, I still had not heard anything from the sod company, so I decided to call again. When I asked when my sod would be delivered the same man on the phone asked me what kind of grass I wanted, how much, my name and my phone number. I basically re-submitted my order. He did not offer any explanation as to why my original order was never fulfilled. He told me it would be delivered on Tuesday, April 10th and it was. He called a couple of hours before the delivery and since I was at work and not able to pay the delivery driver personally, I was able to pay by credit card over the phone. It was delivered as he stated. The quality appeared fine but there were six or seven spots with weeds growing. I will not buy sod from this company again due to the lack of professional courtesy that I received throughout the process.

Excellent. Delivery arrived on time and was placed by forklift as close as possible to the site where it was needed in my back yard.
