Outstanding service !!! Great staffs and customer service ! They got a great team working Mateo, Nathan and Christain. Some of my vents got quite a bit of sand in there. They were able to remove them and used the camera before and after for me. Well worth the money. Wouldn't be using anyone but Duct Squads. Couldn't be any happier. ?I definitely would definitely recommend Duct Squad to my family and friends
I recommend Ductsquads Company to anybody!

When I called to make an appointment I was asked a few questions about my house such as when was the last time the vents had been cleaned. I told the receptionist that the home was new to us and to my knowledge they had not ever been cleaned. She quoted to me an approximate cost of $25 per vent, but said that a technician would give me a quote on site at which time I would have the option of having the vents cleaned immediately.
The receptionist called me 20 min before the tech arrived to give me a heads up that he was on his way. He came to the house and politely explained that he would clean and disinfect the vents throughout the house for $35 a vent but gave me a percentage off because the house was empty and easier to maneuver which made each vent $26. He then proceeded to clean the vents. I have had my vents cleaned before at a different house in a different town and expected the end result to be a clean house with clean vents. In the past when having my ducts cleaned all the dirt ended up OUTSIDE of my house. Not true this time! As he went from vent to vent the dirt was not contained but scattered around the floor and windows near each vent. Then when he moved on to cleaning intake ducts in the ceiling, it went from bad to worse. The floor and walls were covered in dust and insulation was an inch and a half thick throughout half the hallway. There was so much dust coming from the ceiling intake that dust was sitting across the top light switch on the wall and you could use your finger to write on the walls through the dust!! We had hired another company to install new hard flooring throughout the house. The floor man's company had just cleaned our home after installation was complete. The floor man happened to be there finishing up while the air duct tech was causing a mess.. The floor man even commented to me about the mess!! The vent tech then proceeded to spray germicide into the vents at which time I unfortunately noticed dirt coming from the vent in the kitchen. I went over to inspect what was going on when I got a face full of the spray coming through the air system. I was taken aback from inhaling the fumes and was ready to be done with the whole thing. If you have them clean your ducts make sure and have a mask to wear as the tech did.
When he finished he handed me the bill. I asked him about the mess and told him I didn't even have a vacuum at this house. He was oblivious to the mess he had left behind. I led him down the hallway and even pointed out the mess. He walked back to the living room and took my broom and haphazardly pushed it through the mess in the hallway as if demonstrating to me how to fix the problem but that was as much effort as he put to cleaning up. By then I was livid and realized he couldn't be depended upon to clean cause to him it wasn't a problem that he could see. I don't think he ever understood what a mess he had made even though it was apparent in every room. I now think perhaps the vents might not be completely cleaned with such poor clean up done.
