We conduct estate sales all across Oklahoma, and often have to deal with out of state trustees who rely on us to get work done on the homes we work in. (We simply pay the bills as we work and keep receipts for reimbursement from our clients after the sales themselves have been conducted.) Well, the Quail Creek home we're currently working in needed heating repairs really badly. (We had no heat at all in one entire wing of the house.) I called my client in San Francisco; she informed me that Dual-Aire had the HVAC contract, and that she'd set up an appointment with them. They sent out a technician today -- THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER MY CLIENT CALLED THEM! The problem was diagnosed AND fixed in no time flat -- under two hours -- and that included a short trip for parts. I paid the $664 bill (I'll be reimbursed) and thanked the technician who took such very good care of us in such an expeditious fashion. I LOVED the fast, friendly service we received today, and will be happy to refer this company to anyone who needs prompt and professional HVAC service in the Oklahoma City metroplex. MAJOR KUDOS TO A WONDERFUL COMPANY!

They provide the service twice a year in the fall and in the spring to make sure that the system is working well. I have always been happy with them. They are reliable and pretty honest about what it needs and what it doesn't need. Their charges are fair.

The did the job quickly and at a good price. The employees were professional. My complaint is that I asked them to fix the duct connecting the unit to the house, which is sagging and hold water. They said they would do it, but instead they just tarred over it. It still sags and holds water, snow and ice.
