The first time we used their service for an A/C and heating system was in 1981. They provide an excellent service. What stand out about them is their service and their honesty. When you get their service, you know you’re not gonna get ripped off.

They were professional. They knew their product and the installation was excellent. We thought that there would be problems but it turned out there weren’t and so they knew their job. It was impressive and we were pleased. They weren’t the most expensive and they weren’t the least expensive.

I called D&H and they said a service man could be at my house in 30 minutes. That's unheard of these days. The serviceman, Geoffrey, showed up on time. Very professional. Had me turn on the air conditioner to see if the condenser would kick on and it did for a second. He then opened up the side of the air conditioner and tested several things and touched the hard start capacitor and it was firecracker hot.

It went great. The salesman was knowledgeable. Work crew showed up on schedule and completed the work on time for the agreed cost. They left the place clean.

Andrew was the technician. He appeared knowledgeable. Did a thorough job of inspecting my air condition unit .Fortunately there were no problems identified. The Freon level was checked, and the AC fins were cleaned with water. Also thermostats was checked to see if it was functioning properly and also the temperature at the air intake and the outlet.The AC drain pipes and condensation pan were also checked.

I needed to have my heating unit serviced because there was an indication there was a leak out of the unit. The house I live in is only 9 years old and you wouldn't expect such a problem. Drabek and Hill cleaned up the Heating Unit, found there was no leak and then cleaned everything thoroughly. They were such pros! I would and will hire them again for any type of service needed for my heating or a/c unit.

In all of the years that I have used various heating and air, electrical and other types of companies, I have never seen a technician so qualified. Again, he immediately diagnosed the problem(s) and began to repair after giving me an estimate. He (Eric W.) was very professional and business friendly. He was careful with my house and surroundings. I tried to tip him with a bit of cash for a job well done but he would not accept the tip. He could have easily told me the heater was out or the fan was out and I wouldn't have known the difference, but in the end the part and labor was only $236. I would say an honest company and a very talented and honest employee. Use this company and ask for Eric W.

They did a great job. They came in and removed my old heat and air system and moved the furnace into the attic and ran all new ductwork and installed new registers in the ceiling. They moved the air conditioner from the back yard and installed a new one on the side of the house. They removed the water heater and installed a new tankless waterheater and repiped everything back in. The job was very professionally done and I am very happy with the results.

My A/C compressor was not running. I called them to come out which they did and determined the fan needed to be replaced. They came out on Sunday, 8 July, and replaced the fan. Total cost $897. I've checked several places since and they all said this cost was about twice as much as it should be. One company quoted $450.

It was concluded that your unit needed a new condenser fan motor and capacitor. The reason for the above average pricetag on this ticket was because the call was performed afterhours, on a Sunday. Normally, a service call would have been $89.00, while the fan motor and capacitor would have been $551.00. Because it was a Sunday, the service call was $130.00, and the fan motor and capacitor were $767.00. We provide emegency service 24/7 so that our customers have the option of getting a service technician to their property, regardless of the time and day. While customers always have the option to wait until business hours, saving themselves the afterhour charges, customers are able to get the equipment fixed afterhours and not endure uncomfortable or emergency situations on weekends, nights, and holidays. Afterhours charges are applied during these times because technicians are working on overtime, parts are not as readily available as vendors are closed, and demand for service is heightened. Service personnel was prompt. Checked to insure ac unit was prepared to work thru the summer heat.As a follow up Claude Drabek himself came out to and inspected my system when I had some questions. I was very pleased with his concern for my air conditioning needs. I will use Drabek and Hill again in the future.

Technician Rick provided prompt, professional service and solved problem of clogged drain from air conditioner. However, we have a maintenance agreement with this company and were supposed to get 10% off. Rick said he gave us 5% off. No discount appeared on the bill. We contacted the office, and Tom said they never discount the diagnostic fee of $89. He said the normal labor charge is $57, and we paid $52, which is the discounted fee, and that the discount does not appear as a separarte item. We wrongly thought we would get 10% off the total call. Also, $52 is not 10% off $57. The correct discount from $57 would be $51.30. We were disappointed in the price and the discount, although we did receive good service. We previously paid another company $85 for unclogging the same drain, so we know Drabek and Hill's price, even with a discount, was high, although the service was good.

They were prompt and on time, steady working, (we first had an estimate from a very knowledgeable and business like person) and the service was fine. I was impressed that they tried every way to save us money by suggestions and opinions. We have used Drabek before and having always had very good service and they go the extra mile even coming by on their way home to make a last minute call if you have a problem. The summers are really hot in Oklahoma and a lot can happen. Drabek & HIll are the people to use if you want honest hard working service people. I like it that they have been in this city for a long time. This family only uses companys that make their home in this city and and have a very good reputation.
