"Dear Ma'am, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We take pride in our customer service operations and in this case, we were lacking. I will look into your initial service call and give you a phone call to discuss your concerns. There have been times in the peak heat of the summer where we like to give customers a firm appointment whenever we can, but also try our very best to work them in sooner, most of the time within 1-2 days. "Dear Sir, I apologize that you had a negative experience with our company last summer. You placed a service call on the morning of Wednesday, July 16th and our technician promptly arrived at your home by 9am that same morning. We added 1 lb of refrigerant to the system and also replaced a contactor. After cleaning the outdoor coil and turning the system back on, you discovered the unit was not running properly and called our office back. We did not hesitate to apologize and get a technician back to your home. He arrived by 11:30 am. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and that we had to visit your home twice to fix the problem. We tried to respond as quickly and as professionally as we could and, of course, did not charge anything additional for the second trip. While mistakes sometimes happen, we try to do the job right the first time. When we fail at this, we try our best to remedy the problem as quickly as possible.
