Doortec Garage Doors

My garage door motor unit was just humming and was not opening the garage door .. i called the doortech number the young lady send one Mr Havier. He e showed up even 15 minutes earlier and did a perfect job to my satisfaction .. so quick and professional and explained well what he did .. to resolve the issue

Mr Javier came in time and did an excellent Job .. the work was so professional , quick , and reasonable ,, as a person Mr Javier is so courteous, polite and nice Gentleman

Garage door repair

The switch that was compatible with our door opener had been discontinued. They sold one they had on display at half price and installed. Service was prompt and efficient. DC, our technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

I was told that the door frame needed to be lowered for a shorter door to be installed. Another appointment was made for a carpenter to come out to give me an additional estimate for the door frame. Once I got the two estimates, I called Doortec to schedule the repair. Jason arranged to have the contractor reframed the door first and the garage door crew performed the door installation afterwards. The job was performed when I was at work. Overall, I am satisfied with the work performed. I do wish that the crew had swept the area to collect screws and nuts on the floor; I don't want to have a flat tire. I did not get another estimate for the repair because I trust that Doortec is a fair merchant. I base this assumption on the reviews I read on Angie's list.

The service was great, they came out the same day and it was a Saturday! Lawrence fixed the garage door super fast and he was very professional and courteous. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Jason was fast, courteous, and knowledgable. I highly recommend Doortech! Five years ago we had the same issue with a broken spring- that company had two people that took 2 1/2 hours to do what Jason performed better- in about an hour.

Called Doortec and ask to have the door repaired the same day. Was surprised to be told they would be at the house later that day. In fact the repairman was on-site one hour later. Door fixed, customer happy. What else can you ask for?14

Arrived on time. Replaced the broken spring and went ahead and replaced 9at my request) the other spring. Very professional.

Called about having garage door openers installed in my two-car garage. Have two garage doors, one with old non functioning opener and the other without an opener.
Received call morning of day schedule relating he was running ahead of schedule and asking if it would be alright to come a little early for which I had no problem with and appreciated the call.
After James arrived found out that though electric outlet in place for the one garage door (thanks to the old garage door opener) none close to where needed for second garage door. Given couple of options of either running extension cord or putting off second door until could have electrical outlet installed. Made decision to wait on second door until could have outlet installed.
Then James set about removing old garage door opener and installing new one. Talk about puzzle of parts and he made it seem so easy. Inspite of the complexity of parts he completed the job speedily, cleaned up the area, and then showed me how to use the controllers, how to install the lightbulb, how the safety sensor worked to prevent accidental closing on people, children, and animals. And how to use the manual release in case of electrical outages (no battery backup on this model opener). Throughout he was polite, pleasant, and patient.
Will definitely be calling to have second opener installed when able to get an electrical outlet installed for the other garage door.

I thought I needed a new garage door. My would have to be custom made due to size (older door). I did not have the money for a new door. Dean, from Trotter Door's, was VERY nice and suggested putting in a steel bar across my door to reinforce it. He worked on both of my garage doors, bending them back in place (house settled), fixing the lock on one door (Moore Overhead installed years ago and did not fix it to where it could lock manually), and tweaking them both until they opened and closed smoothly and locked. He also worked on my garage door opener and sensors. I was very nervous about this process. I am a single mom on a limited income and more than once, have had companies try to take me for what they could. I can honestly say that I have never been happier with a company that did work for me on my house. I originally contacted Moore Overhead Door and they were supposed to call me back and I never heard from them. Trotter's was friendly, prompt, and cordial. I will only use them in the future and highly recommend them.

Called in morning, he was thre after lunch and had things fixed and working in less than an hour for what felt was a reasonable price.

The first guy provided me with brochures and information that made me comfortable enough with the product to purchase it.
I was impressed with the competence and skill with which the second guy installed the door and opener. He was thorough in explaining how to operate the door with the various remotes and how to reprogram them. He assured me several times that if I had a problem, or needed help with the remotes, I could call them and they would either come our or walk me through the process over the phone.

Everything went well. Timely service. Quality/professional personell.

It turned out really well. The garage door opener is working really well. The price was right and they do good work. They are also very professional.

It went beautifully. They finished the work in about an hour and left everything clean and working perfectly. They were very polite and clearly explained the problem and what they proposed to do to resolve it.
