DOLLAR SEVENTY FIVE CLEANERS

When I picked up the items, they appeared not to have been cleaned at all. The jackets were covered with hair, lint and debris. The skirt still had all of the wear wrinkles around the waist and on the seat that were there when I took it in to be cleaned. The employee told me those wrinkles wouldn't come out because they only steam clothese there and do not press them. But I've had this skirt cleaned elsewhere and it came back clean and smooth. I could still smell my brand of deodorant on the underarms of the suit jacket. It appears to me that they did nothing more than put my clothes on hangers and cover them with a bag. I showed the employee what was wrong and asked for a refund, but he told me it was the dry cleaner's policy never to give refunds under any circumstances.
