As is my experience with Discount Tires on W. Memorial, my issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. The tire I ruined had to be replaced, and the replacement had to be ordered. I was given options regarding whether I wanted to leave the car today, or stop back tomorrow. I chose service today and had the car back before 3:30 (I dropped the car off after noon).
We have purchased several sets of tires over the years from Discount. We started at the store on NW Expressway and moved to the W. Memorial store after they opened. Both stores have been pleasant to work with.

Auto Tires
Due to a nail in the sidewall, I had to replace a tire on my mother-in-law's Cadillac. (They no longer come equiped with standard donuts and tire iron, but use compressors and sealant instead.) I drove to Discount Tire to borrow a tire iron and returned with the tire to be replaced. Once, I remounted the new tire on the car, we returned to Discount Tire to have the other tire on the same axel replaced (having bought two initially). Discount Tire was very flexible with our needs and replied with quick service.
