"[removed members name], I have correspondence with you on getting these issues resolved. I have repeatedly asked you for you insurance documents to get the rest of the work completed. We have completely replaced your roof and funds collected for that were used for the roofing labor and materials. We have not collected on anything else as we have not done anything else due to us not having your insurance documents. If we collect funds we use them for the project until we have completed more work then we collect as need be. Please call or email us in regards to this so we can resolve. Thank You"
