Despite using used parts to get the cost (we paid for the repairs, not insurance), the car looks and rides as though there was no accident.

Their work is very good. I was completely satisfied with what they did. I was not satisfied with a miscommunication on their part. I was told exactly that the front bumper would be removed, sanded and repainted. I assumed they meant the entire bumper would be repainted, but only one corner was. Scratches that had previously been there were still there when we picked up our vehicle. I would have been fine with this if the representative would have more thoroughly explained the work to be done. I was disappointed in the end result because I was expecting something else.

This is the most professionally business. Clean, and attentive to every detail. It took them 5 days to complete the job. They kept me informed on every detail of ordered parts and when I could expect my Toyota to be completed..... I am quite impressed with their service.........Linda Underwood

The first day I dropped off my car Brian explained exactly what the process was to be.  At each step they informed me of the progress and fave me a complete day of 9/30/2015.  Except for some minor adjustment that showed up at last minute, they beat that by 4 days.  My car was beautiful, it was cleaned and shined just like new. 

When I got called on Saturday morning saying I could pick up my car I did not have a ride there so an employee was sent to my house to pick me up.  Now that is service.

If you have a need for body work of any kind on your car regardless if accident is involved or not I would recommend Davis Paint and Collision.

Service was excellent, fast, owner was very polite and courteous. Work was done at new location on Air Depot Blvd.(formerly Mc Connells). Will use again.

Some problems with adjustment, but am confident they will handle.  Second paint job/bumper repair they have completed.  Quality of work/cooperation in doing so was exceptional.  Great people to work with!

I was very impressed overall.  Outstanding finish, communication and price.  My car was over 25 years old at the time my neighbor backed into my rear quarter panel and was told by several body shops that they didn't want to take it since there weren't replacement parts/computer information on my car readily available.  Davis' took it on, removed the dent and matched the 25 year old paint perfectly.

I can't imagine getting better service than I received from Davis. Worked with Brian and and was very impressed.

I got mixed feelings about it. They did a good job. They got it in reasonably in a reasonable amount. They communicated with me.

I'll say up front that they're not the cheapest but their work and customer service is excellent. They helped arrange a cheaper rental car for us after two separate collisions. Their paint and body work is great.
But our more frequent business with them is for oil changes and mechanical issues, and we're very happy with the results. They not only remember us, they remember what vehicles we have and their history. A few times with difficult mechanical/electrical issues they weren't able to duplicate the problem but had spent quite a bit of time over the course of a few days working on that, and at the end of the day charged us nothing for their time.
Another time they were briefly without a mechanic (he was hospitalized) and they gave me a referral to another mechanic nearby who also did a good job. So this tells me they care enough about their customers to send business to someone else in order to get your car back in good operating condition.
I have recommended them to others who were also very satisfied with their work and customer service.
I expect to continue our business relationship with them for many years to come.

Davis Paint and Collision did an excellent job for me. They worked with my insurance company. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with my car. They were very professional, and they went the extra mile to help me. I highly recommend them.

Turned the car over to Davis Paint following insurance review. Davis assured me they could repair all damages. Repairs were completed on schedule and all damages, including new windshield were completed. Excellent work, repairs cannot be detected.

Terrible experience.

The lady that answers phones and works at the front desk was not the friendliest but she answered all my questions. The price quoted for the parts was way high, so I opted to buy the parts myself then have Davis install the mirrors. This added about 1 week to my repair time which I hoped I could avoid.
The price for labor was $85.00 total for about 30 minutes of work. Not too bad.
The quality of work they did was pretty good. Everything worked and nothing looked loose or mis-fit. They even removed the tape residue that was on my windshield which they did not need to do. The lady that delivered my truck was very nice and professional.
Overall, good experience with Davis. Price was high on parts but Davis uses original factory equipment, so that's to be expected. I can't fault them too much for that.
Bottom line--they fixed my mirrors and did a great job. I will use them again.

They're very friendly and extremely competent. They explain things to you completely and give you options. They don't recommend the most expensive things and the quality of work has been excellent. We've been using them for about 8-9 years. Sometimes the weekend help doesn't really know what's going on, but for the most part they're knowledgeable. When they tell you your car will be ready it's ready. If it's not going to be ready they'll call you, so they don't leave you hanging.

Davis Paint and Collision Auto was real prompt about doing the work. The car was done in one day. I have referred two other people to this company.
