When I got home, a couple of days later, I found out there was no oil in the car at all. They called me in and said the part had a recall on Chrysler's. They called me in something about they could fix it with the parts they had. I went in there and told me how they could sell me a new car. I walked out. I will never deal with them.

I didn’t feel like they really took me serious and I was ready to buy a car.

It was good. Timely service and I used a coupon for the oil change.

I had gone to the dealership to test drive a 2013 Dodge Journey. I had negotiated a fair price with the sales person and told him I had to go to the bank to get final approval. The next day, I returned to the dealership ready to buy a car and the salesperson seemed enthusiastic to sell the car. All of a sudden, he gets called into the sales office and when he returns, he tells me that the car I had made a deal on wasn't available anymore. In fact, though they advertised several at the same price, there were now NO cars available at that price, but for several thousand more. Now, over a week later, the same car is still advertised at the same fake low price. This is the worst kind of bait and switch and the dealership has engaged in false advertising.



I will never return to their dealership for any reason and encourage all other potential customers to not do business with this organization.

I had a bad experience with them. It was the service that they had provided me. For major mechanical work, I take my vehicle somewhere else. They way over charged me. Most dealerships are a little bit higher than private garages; I understand that. This was just way over bounds. Most of my experience has been good with them. This was on my sons vehicle and I feel that they did us wrong. I have had some positive experience, but I have also had some negative. It is up in air right now, I am still using them, and I just have not made up my mind yet.
