How would you rate the work quality? 4.5 Stars & not 5 because a gas line was left loose. I corrected the issue. No need to call them back out for that. How would you rate the customer service? Excellent customer service. How would you rate the value for money? I think it was fair. I think Dalton's Plumbing is fair & honest. I would hire the again & recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I was charged $360 for Diagnostic fee and NOTHING was diagnosed: I was given a list of several possible causes for my water leak but since the cause was not found, I find this charge to be excessive!

"I am sorry for your experience, we do give the service fee price before our tech is dispatched to your location and once our tech is on location he will give you a price upfront before work or diagnostics are started. The customer has to approve the service fee and the price for the work that is being done before our tech will start the job. In your case the tech did have to do some diagnostics to try to determine if the water was a plumbing issue. Feel free to contact our office if you would like more information or have further concerns. After the owner spoke with this customer he decided we would not be working for him, and we would issue a full refund."

Not interested about telling others. To fix cracked drain in sink in 1/2 bath sink was. $300. Parts may have been $20. Since I never use that sink didn't know drain plug was not working for a couple weeks. Just didn't call back, figured would cost another $150, Not a happy customer.

The plumber ran late for the appointment, but the target window was only 1hour, 1pm-2pm. So, 15 extra minutes was hardly an inconvenience. He assessed the situation and got to work, quickly. Which means, he also finished quickly. I was impressed; and, the whole thing cost about half of what I thought it would.

Seemed expensive for a rather simple repair. Dumped the clog refuse in front of my curb. Suggested I needed much more expensive additional repair later.

I was very impressed. Daltons called me back right away and came within a few hours. I was expecting to schedule a few days out. After diagnosing the isse they called me with a quote before starting work. Josh was efficent and cleand up the bathroom when he was done too! The clog was cleared out and has been working well since. Overall I was very happy with their service and would call them again.

I think Daltons and Pipe Doctors are the same people. Regardless, i received a call 10 mins into my 2 hour window saying he was on his way. He showed up, was courteous, thorough, truthful about problem or lack thereof and answered all my questions. Best experience ever!!
