Dailey Heating & Air Conditioning

Replaced bad capacitor and checked coolant levels, etc. Also, cleaned unit which should help it work better.

I wanted to see how the air flow was in our A/C unit. This was my second (great!) experience with Dailey. They fixed a small problem in our furnace last winter. The man who came out was very thorough, esp. in explaining things. Turns out it was nothing. He did charge me a service call, which was expected.

Keith and Chris did an outstanding job under difficult (hot) conditions. The new system is far superior to the previous system and the quality of workmanship was excellent!

We have used Dailey Heat & Air for years. Keith and his crew are very professional and courteous. I have never had to have them come back for something I had paid for earlier.

Checked my heating and a/c twice a year and change my filters. They are amazing and I would recommend them!

Although they did not have the part needed with them, the techs told me they would see if they could get the part that day and checked if I would be available for them to return later. They called to let me know that they were able to obtain the part and rescheduled to fix the furnace that afternoon. I was not charged for the time spent looking for the part, which I appreciated.

Keith called me about 15 minutes before appointment time and let me know he was on his way over.  Keith and his partner who I can't remember her name, introduced themselves and asked me basic information about how the a/c has been working.  We went out to the condenser unit on the side of the house and Keith went to work checking all the components.  He checked the pressures and temperatures at this time also.  I let him know that I had to add R-22 a couple years ago and the symptoms were the same as they were then.  I let him know that I needed a leak check but with the age of the system I really needed to talk more about unit replacement.  After filling my R-22 and finishing up the inspection, Keith proceeded to the attic to inspect the main unit and have a better idea of how the system is set up.  He was able to give me a ball park  figure for replacement which is really what I wanted.  Based on the information he provided me I have a much better understanding of how my system is functioning now and a couple of options for the future based on what I choose to do.  Both employees were great.  I have had similar service in the past but felt I was taken advantage of by charging me $100 per lb of R-22, 2 years ago.  I paid less than that today and I let them know that is why I chose to have them come out.  I trusted the reviews on Angie's list.  I won't use the former company again due to their price gouging.  Responsiveness was a little slow but that is understandable considering the first real heat was just happening and they had several unit installs scheduled the week I called.  I could have found someone else to come out quicker but I felt it was worth the wait to have quality help that I could trust.

Two service technicians showed up on time and called before they arrived. Both were friendly and got right to work assessing the problem with the furnace. They were able to determine that a fan had quit and, beyond that, it appeared that a significant amount of rust had formed and might have been responsible for the fan problem. They called the next day with quotes for repairs of both the fan and/or the rusted airbox. The promptness, communication and straightforwardness of the service personnel were exceptional.

The burners in my furnace would not ignite . I called Dailey and within three hours ,Keith and Neil arrive to troubleshoot and repair it. They cleaned the flame sensor and tightened a connection in the motor plug. Keith also told me the control board was sending a weak signal to the flame sensor and would probable need to be replaced in the future . They cycled the furnace several times to test it. 
They were very professional and did a great job.
