He installed new plumbing, surround, and walls then starting the tile installation. He appeared to be guessing how to do that. It took several days to get two walls partially done. After a day or two the tiles started to slide down the wall board. They became uneven and unlevel. He also tiled the bathroom floor. It was done very badly, very uneven. I fired him and got another contractor. All his work had to be torn out and started over. I lost the money I had paid him and the cost of the materials I had purchased.
