 + -1 moreI contacted this Florist and talked with the person responsible for the arrangement. She said that she was happy with her work. I am sure she didn't expect I would find out that I had been tricked into paying a lot for pitiful bouquet. Never use them!!!
Description of Work: I selected a very nice floral arrangement on the FTD web site to be sent to a relative in the hospital. What was delivered by this Florist was not anything close to what I had chosen and paid for. I realize substitutions may have to be made, but the whole arrangement was nothing but substitutions. I was embarrassed to have my relative receive such a cheap, unattractive mess.
