If there was an option for a lower than F rating, that is what I would have done. Words cannot express my disappointment with this "company". I called and scheduled an appointment to get my house sprayed. When the time came and went, I called to find out what happened. He said he was "almost there". At this time he was already almost 45 minutes late. No call, I had to call him. Then 30 minutes later when he still hadn't showed, I called AGAIN. He was lost. No call, nothing. I had to call him and tell him how to get to my house. At that point I was almost late for work. He sprayed the house quickly, (as I was late already) then said he would spray outside and under the house. He couldn't get under the house, but did not tell me that, just left like he did the job. I called two weeks later because we still had a problem. He said he would call me in a couple of days, as he was out of town. A week went by and no call. Again, I called him and made an appointment to be sprayed again. As I had already payed for the service, I did not want to pay someone else. My husband called and left a message for him to call back so he could explain to him how to get underneath the house, and NO CALL. SHOCKING!!! AND AGAIN he was late. I called 15 minutes past the scheduled time and he said causally, "Oh I'm not done with this job, I can be on my way in a little bit." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!??? If I was going to be late to an appointment, I would at LEAST have enough respect for that person to give them a phone call. Nothing. No apology, nothing but attitude and indifference. I STRONGLY SUGGEST you find someone, ANYONE else to service you home or business. I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life. I am waiting for my refund, I'm sure he will take his SWEET TIME returning it to me. 

Very well. He is timely and sprays the front and back yard with fertilizer, weed killer and other chemicals as needed. We are very satisfied with his performance.

Country Side Pest does lawn fertilization and also pest control. I've had him do my lawn for about 20 years or more. He does excellent work.
