Bought this deal off of some deal website. I can't be sure which one.
They confirmed the day before. They arrived a half hour late. I tried smiling and just letting it go. The woman cleaning my house should not interact with customers. She was so negative. Also, you get what you pay for and one of the rooms needed dusting and she half hardily cleaned it. Never moved my tv or really anything. She beat the blinds so badly, I thought my dog was going to have a heart attack! Later I had to straighten out the cords.
They do clean the floor by hand which did look nice. That is about it.
The manager came over and I told her my concerns. She really didn't seem to care very much. I was thinking of hiring them every other week if they sent a different cleaner. After the manager missed all of the dust I decided against hiring them.

I can trust them in my home. They have the same people come every time. Their responsiveness and punctuality is good.
