They were deceivingly very professional and detailed on the phone about what they were going to do. She said they would even get on their hands and knees to scrub the floor. I dont usually complain, so I tried to be nice about it when i saw that they had not cleaned very well. I even forgave them when they apologized for breaking a special piece of pottery that my daughter made. I decided to just clean myself a few days later. That's when i noticed they had swept dirt under furniture, under rugs, and behind jars on the counter. There were cobwebs behind things and on the lights. I couldn't believe it. I called them and the manager came a few days later to fix the problem (I thought), but she was very rude and argumentative saying it had been too long for me to complain (7 days). I am not sure why she even came back if she just wanted to argue. I asked her to leave and told her I would clean myself. I should have asked for my money back since it was so expensive, but i didnt. I have since found a wonderful housekeeper (Fabiola).

The original call was very professional.  They were very friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment and in figuring out
the cost.  Ladies that came to clean were very friendly.  Could have been more thorough, but love that we can ask for different 
cleaning crews if not satisfied. Company stressed that they want us to be satisfied.   Glad to have the help.

Overall, I would give them a B rating.

I am happy with their services. Any time I have a suggestion, it's been accepted without hassle. They;ve been very willing to work with me as I prefer to have the services performed in the morning and limited to the morning.

Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.  My husband was the only one living in the house at the time and wasn't there when the house was cleaned.  They were supposed to do a thorough cleaning, including walls, cobwebs, dry mopping of wood floors, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, etc.  When my husband returned home that evening, he found 2 large scratches on our newly finished wood floors from moving chairs around and someone had written on the shower door with soap (or something that still won't come off) a negative remark about not having the razor in a jar in the master bathroom.  My husband took pictures of the scratches and sent to CC/Olivia who showed them to her boss, who said it didn't look like they had done it and denied that her workers would've written anything derogatory on the shower door.  She did offer to discuss further but I was done with the company.  There were also cobwebs around the house, still dusty and dirty in some places, overall NOT a well done job cleaning the house. If you are going to be around when the cleaners come it might be ok to hire them, but if you're not home, I wouldn't recommend this company.
