At the time I had it done, I was a caregiver for my elderly mother. It started off by being an hour and a half late. We didn't find out about it until I called them. When they got here, they offered no compensation for the hour and a half late. The guy who came in had the same thinking that most computer people have that I've come in contact with and that's they came to think that they're the expert. He sat and tried to solve a problem for a work that I had him doing for almost an hour I kept telling him what the problem was and he just ignored me. I wasn't really happy with him but at that time, so long afterwards, before I had time to stop and think about him inputting anything in. I just couldn't find my receipt to see how much they have charged with the guy's name. To me, it kind of reflected poorly in Angie's List so I hadn't really thought about using anybody or had any opportunity that I needed to use anybody. He was here quite some time.
