attachments. They kept it for several days and when I picked it up they charged me $119 and said the down load problem was Cox's fault so I talked to a Cox computer technician and after trying several
things that would be causing the problem, they said it was a problem with the hard drive. I was also having some other issues
with my computer that I didn't have when I took it to them. When I took it back to Computer Connection, I told them I was very
unhappy that I had paid them $119 and that they hadn't fixed the 2 things I complained about and that now I have some other
problems that I didn't have when I took it to them. I told them I felt I should have at least a partial refund and they refused
saying they don't give refunds on labor! I was telling a friend about what happened and she said she had used them a
couple of times and that she always has to take hers back as well.
