It went great! He fit me into his busy schedule, took down my completely rotting tree, and even ground the stump at no additional cost! He also removed all the pieces of tree he cut down from the front yard. He was the most affordable company in OKC area (I called 6+ from Angies List), very professional, and did an amazing job!

I called Tuesday morning about 11:00 and left a message on their voice mail and received a return call promptly. I was told that someone would come by in the afternoon and give me an estimate for removing a Bradford pear tree that had been damaged during an ice storm. A representative came by about 2:00 and gave me a price that I though was a little high but I needed to get the tree cut down quickly as another storm was coming in the next day and the remaining part of the tree was in danger of falling into the house (other tree services could not get by until later in the week.) The crew came by about 6:00 p.m. and promptly cut down the remaing part of the tree, ground out the stump and hauled off the entire tree. Very efficient and very professional.

I called 5 different tree service companies and 3 called me back. I received an estimate from all of them and Cole's offered the best price of the three and we liked them the best.
I was not hear, but my wife kept me informed all along the way and she said they were prompt, polite and professional in every way. They removed a large tree from the back yard, grinded the stump down almost a foot into the ground. In the front I asked to have the large trees shaped up, bushes done and it looks great.
I called they and asked if they could move 4 stumps from around the front porch and the price was more then fair.
Here is the thing that blowed me away: I had been working on the side of the house for two trimming and cutting bushes down and I had a lot of weeds and branches all over the place (About a good truck load full). They cleaned and removed all the weeds and bushes at no extra charge (I was very happy about that, because of have to load it, tie it down, go to the dump... and they saved me a trip!)
I will call them for anything and everything!

Overall service was very good. Extremely prompt. i would use them again.

I contacted Cole's to give an estimate on trimming and cleanup of several large trees, shrub trimming and general cleanup. One of the large oaks had sustained a lot of damage from the ice storms a few years ago and I needed someone with some knowledge and skill to thin out and retrain the growth pattern of these large trees.
Cole's answered my phone call and was out within the day to give an estimate. We walked through the whole project as he saw it and made several excellent recommendations where he saw issues. After reviewing other comments on Angie's list, I hired Cole's to do the project.
They came out on a Thursday afternoon to give the estimate, and work started the following Tuesday. The crew spent 2 full days due to the amount of work required, but when they left, there wasn't a blade of grass out of place. They left my yard looking fresh and beautiful - I am exceptionally pleased that they did this work and plan to work with them on an annual basis to continue to shape and trim the big old oaks in my yard.

I got exactly what I wanted done at a fair price. I called two other tree service companies and his quote was low. In fact, he answered my noon phone message within minutes, swung by my place and gave me an estimate within an hour, showed up 2 hours later with truck, grinder and helper and had the job done before supper. Ray was very personable and professional. Great work.

I called, left message, received a call back the same day and a free estimate that day. Annette talked with me about want I wanted but also explain what would be best for my tree. We schedule a date for trimming that was best for me. Then came and did the work on time, and did a great job cleaning up. My tree does not break as much as it use to when the storms come through. They really know trees and do a great job.

The phone was answered the first time I called and arrangements were made for them to come out and estimate cost. I was gone that day so they left a message. When I decided on them, I called and we set a date. I did not have to take off work. Job was done when I got home. They did good work. I got 3 estimates. They were in the middle. I'm happy.

Had a problem getting started but finished within three days. Cleaned up and hauled away all tree debris. Kept in touch with regards to start date. Would use again.

We chose them because they do good work. They are knowledgeable and do good clean up.

Timely arrival, did work requested. Had younger person along for training, and that tells me they don't just send anyone out. Also had used them ~15 years ago for stump grinding and removal and that went well.

Punctual, on time, did a good job w/clean up.

Owner came to offer estimate the same afternoon that I called. He offered to return next morning to perform service. Due to time constraint I did not get competing bids. A storm overnight damaged another tree beyond repair. He did not raise price. He arrived 30 minutes early. He brought several employees who completed work in 2.5 hours. He assured me his employees were insured but I did not confirm. Gave me good advice on how to avoid future repairs.

They are extremely professional, they are 100% qualified. They leave your property looking better than when they came. They are a family operated company, so it is very hands on, and the owners are there themselves. They are a little bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it for their service, their professionalism, and their follow up. If a branch falls from the tree a few months later, they will swing by and pick it up. Doyle Cole is very knowledgeable and educated with feeding and medicating trees.
