We have used CNS two times in the last several months. One was for a dryer and the other was for a washing machine which had quit working. I called them early on Monday morning about our washer and Amy was here about 11:00 am. She was upbeat, friendly and considerate. She was very knowledgeable and had the problem figured out and fixed in no time. I was very impressed with her. CNS was reasonable in their prices also. We will definitely use them whenever there is a problem. I would recommend CNS to anyone who needs an appliance fixed.

I was very impressed with CNS Repair Service. I sent an inquiry for quotes and quickly received a call. I was able to set an appointment and have someone out within one business day. Amye diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts ready to go, and fixed everything within a matter of minutes. I'll definitely use CNS again and highly recommend!

I would never do business with this company again. I strongly encourage others to find an alternative to CNS. My service call was schedule for 2-4pm... I understand how service call times can get out of hand but my experience was beyond what I would consider reasonable or professional. I got a call at 6:15pm that he (John Carter) was en route, an hour goes by before he shows up at 7:15 is extremely rude upon arrival takes an hour to reset the oven and "installs a part" which i did not see happen. Upon the completion of his services he tell me the total and I tell him I will not be paying that invoice until I speak with the owner or his boss. At this point he informs me that he owns the company and that if I do not pay right then and there he will remove the part and leave me with a broken oven. I tell him this can go one of two ways... You can work with me on the price and I will write a positive review about the situation or you can charge me full price and I will write a negative review about my experience and his response was "do what you gotta do". I paid him the full amount and asked for a discount which he says he gave me a $25 discount. Well that discount is readily available to everyone who visits their website so I do not believe I was discount for anything. Never trust this company!!!

We walked into kitchen one evening and found water running out of the door mounted icemaker on our 3 year old Samsung Refrigerator/freezer. WE pulled it out from the wall and turned water off. The next day, my wife googled repair services in our area. CNS came up as a Samsung repair facility. They were quick to come out. The tech said he knew what it was. We paid $180 and he left. The next day, the icemaker wasn't working so we called him back. He came back and put in a complete new icemaker ($250). The next day, still no ice. At that point, calls weren't returned and it took forever to get him to come back. He came and said it must be the circuit board and put a board in and left. Then, we had no icemaker in the top. The icemaker in the bottom quit working upon installing the circuit board.THe freezer quit working so we transferred all items to a freezer in the garage. The next day, we got a different repair company. This guy was very professional. The circuit board put in by CNS was a used board and was no good. We had to pay 450 dollars for a new circuit board. CNS has our circuit board which was just fine but won't return our calls. Thanks

"I apologize that you had such a bad experience with our company. You were still covered under our warranty and we would have done everything in our power to get your unit in good working order. I do want to clarify that here at CNS we do not use used parts in our repairs. We buy all parts from local vendors or straight from the manufacturer. Control boards are considered used upon installation, this is why they cannot be returned. There is no way to determine if a control board is used only that it has been installed. The way to determine this is upon installation the terminals will become scratched. I show your bill to be $294 and you were not charged for the control board meaning CNS absorbed the cost of the control board. If the new control board that we installed was indeed defective, CNS could have had it replaced under warranty through the manufacturer and there would have been no additional cost to you. It is very difficult for the technicians to call customer's back when they are in customer's homes, driving, and trying to stay on schedule. They can receive dozens of call per day and would spend hours on the phone instead of repairing their customer's appliances. The best way to contact us would be our main office number. Here we have staff available 24/7 to get messages to technicians and to schedule appointments. Again I cannot apologize enough that you had a bad experience and I wish there was more that I could do for you."

The service call went very well. He was very courteous and seemed to be very knowledgeable about both appliances. Once he discovered what was wrong he was very clear in explaining both to me and my husband. Hopefully I won't need his services in the near future but if so I will definitely give him a call.

John Carter, Owner/Technician, was very pleasant and very competent. The compressor in my 12-year-old Kitchen Aid refrigerator was making a terrible noise, and I worried that it would give up the ghost during the Christmas holiday and leave me with a refrigerator full of rotting food. John was willing to come out the day I called him, but it was my schedule that interfered, so we re-scheduled for the next day (a Saturday). An ice storm came in Friday night, which caused him to have to cancel on Saturday. However, we re-scheduled for Sunday, and he came out and assessed the problem. His estimate was fair and reasonable, and he did the work the following Tuesday (Christmas Eve). He was in and out in an hour, and my refrigerator is now running smoothly. He even gave me a tip regarding a problem I was having with the freezer self-defrost, which I'm looking forward to trying. He could have fixed the problem himself and charged me for it, but instead he saved me the money and gave me some instructions which he said would almost certainly resolve the problem. I will use CNS again for future appliance repair without hesitation!

I was referred to service provider by a friend. I contacted the company and received very courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable service at an extremely reasonable price. My dishwasher had not been cleaning well. The technician was able to make same day service and my dishwasher is working like new again. I was very pleased with the service.

I have two a/c units located at my house an done would not work. Technician showed up promptly. Quickly located the problem and fixed it. Then my inside a/c had frozen and began defrosting. He cleaned up the mess for me and checked my other unit and advised that the other unit was working well. I used him again a few weeks later when my dryer went out and he checked it and advised it would be cheaper to purchase a new unit. I will continue to use this company for all my future repairs.
