called the company and they responded within a few hours. Anthony had to take my computer into the store to replace the motherboard. Next morning he brought it back and got it up and working. Later I noticed the sound was gone. Called back and here Anthony comes and replaces the sound card. I was still having problems adjusting the sound, so he comes back out and replaces my unpowered speakers with a pair of Harmon Kardon speakers. The speakers were a gift and I wasn't charged for them. I will always call them for any computer problems I encounter.
