Good products, large variety of options to choose from, and friendly staff; except for the saleslady Toni Graham, who treated me like I was not worthy to be in the store. My contractor asked me who I dealt with at Classic and I said Toni, he then asked me how I felt about her, and I told him, then he mentioned that I'm not his only client whose felt like she treated them poorly. Everytime I was in Classic Tile, Toni would say that she usually only deals with contractors and she cannot write up an invoice for me, that this had to be done by the contractor themselves! I mentioned that the tile was for me, that I was picking out my own tile/grout/etc and that I'd be paying for it, so why does the contractor have to do this? I had to have the contractor call someone there to allow me to get my order written up! WOW!! Talk about customer service problem! The other sales people and staff were very friendly and helpful, so when I get my kitchen done in the Fall, I'll go to Classic, but I will ask for a different sales person! I hope she gets some customer service training as I thought she was very knowledgeable about the business and had good decorative ideas to share.
