They were punctual and overall professional but the quality of the packing portion of the move was ridiculous!  They used some new but also many old boxes & packing materials.  We know this because many of our boxes had other names & items on them that were scratched out (we could still read them) and the packing materials that were inside our boxes (i.e.: for wrapping our artwork and crystal among other things) had other peoples names/items and the numbers that the company put on the outside of the packages for tracking during that persons move.  They left several cabinets/drawers full of things even though they had packed the spaces just above/below/next to the left out items.  Our plastic containers and lids were all wrapped pretty securely while more than a few of the fragile items were poorly wrapped or not wrapped at all (A sterling bowl that we had gotten as a wedding gift was thrown in the bottom of a box, open with no wrapping or packing, on top of all the iron wall hangings that we have, which were also unwrapped, no need to guess how that worked out.   Several of the boxes had been packed so full that the lids did not close flat which left the top of the box curved up. These boxes then had other things stacked on top of them. No wonder that things were not in good condition when we opened them up!   The other thing that needs to be mentioned is that many items that had been together at origin (i.e.: pans/lids, bowls/lids, towels/blankets) were separated and packed in different boxes which made unpacking rather frustrating because we spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the all the mates/parts were.
