Great service, quick

After being forewarned that there would be a wait, the service was performed quickly and professionally as soon as they were able to work us into their schedule. I was pleased with the price and efficiency of the work. It was worth the wait.

Only glass company I will work with in OKC/Edmond area. Prompt, professional, quality work at a fair price! Great attention to detail.

Overall, the experience went well. He did a good job and I thought the price was reasonable; I thought it was going to cost me $800 or $900. After the snowstorm/hailstorm in May, I had a window damaged. I called this company and had to get on a waiting list, but once they got to me, they were prompt with their services. I would recommend them.

Called for estimate and they were courteous and professional on telephone. Offered repair onsite or at their shop. Chose to go to shop and drop off vehicle. Vehicle was ready close to time estimated. Fast and courteous checkout. Did have a problem next day with trim but received professional and courteous service with correcting problem. This did take time, but we were okay because they acknowledge it was their error. No problems since then and happy with warranty. Would definitely recommend them.

It went ok; I waited about 20 minutes and they were finished. If the windshiled breads, they will subtract the $50 from the price of a new windshield if it breaks in the first three months.

I called (on a Wed) and described my problem to the office. (I also called another glass company the same day and was determined to give the job to the one that got back to me first.) I was given an estimate based on the size of the window pane. They said it would be the following Monday before the field estimator would get back to me. He called on Monday, scheduled an appointment on Tuesday. He was prompt and courteous. Scheduled an installation by Friday. Installation went well and am pleased with the outcome. Still haven't heard from that other company.... (I do think Harry with City Glass was very proud of that window and labor though ... regarding $$.)

The window had bars over it so they were actually able to still replace it by working around the bars which was great! They have a huge building in Oklahoma City. They are always on time and they do good work.

The first company's windshield replacement was very shoddy (not centered at all and several broken pieces as a result of their work.) I drove straight to City Glass since I did not want the first company to ever touch my car again. They were gracious, and replaced the windshield in a few hours, fixing the broken pieces in the process. I had done business there before, but had gone to the first company (nearer the house) to save a little time during a hectic week. This was a huge, costly mistake! I will never go to, or recommend another glass company, ever again. City Glass is THE BEST!

Very fast service. Got the pickup in there and they started right away. Very courteous and friendly. Was done within an hour.

City Glass Co was very nice and caring. They took me in right away and did the services. I trust them. They also cleaned the broken glass out of my car and cleaned it for no charge.
