Christie Baker - Metro First Realty

I needed to sell a property that was located in a city in which I do not reside.  Christie was extremely helpful in preparing the house for sale.  She is very detail-oriented and organized and helped us show the home's full potential.  She also staged the house once it was on the market to show the possibilities the house offered.  She had several open houses and although the house was put on the market during a typically slow real estate period, she had an offer in just over a month.  She offered several innovative ideas of marketing the property.  She was available whenever she was needed and was present during the home inspections.  I might add that this home was located in a college town about an hour from Christie's work.  I highly recommend her.  She is a real estate professional that is both trustworthy and knowledgeable.
