Description of Work: I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine Day and they were to be sent to her place of employment. She received a phone call at work and was told she had to go outside to the Van to get her flowers. She had to leave work and go downstairs 6 floors to do this and when she go there she received the wrong flowers that I ordered. Again, she had to leave her employment and go outside to receive her flowers!!!!!

+ -1 moreI ordered a floral arrangement for Mother’s Day for a very dear friend. I called Cheever’s to get an estimate but I wanted to see the kind of work the florist did and check on the quality of the flowers before submitting my order so I went in to the store at the Northpark Mall. The lady who greeted me at the store was incredibly nice in helping me chose between my options for an arrangement, price, etc. She even showed me something she was working on so I could get an idea of their work. I put in my order and the Friday before Mother’s Day, the arrangement was hand delivered to my friend at her home, she was thrilled by the beauty of the arrangement. Even though I didn’t personally see the arrangement, I was satisfied that my friend had so much to say about it.

Description of Work: This company delivers flowers weekly to my business and I am amazed at the new arrangements each week. They use high quality flowers that last all week until our next delivery. We have used 2 other shops in Oklahoma City and got no where near the service or quality. This is a family run business that is local owned.
